No recurring debit to cancel
AceBGCSE currently does not automatically charge after the free trial and does not automatically renew Premium access. The user must deliberately complete DPO checkout for each paid 30-day period.
This policy explains the current AceBGCSE free trial, one-time Premium payments, digital delivery and the limited circumstances in which a refund may be reviewed.
AceBGCSE currently does not automatically charge after the free trial and does not automatically renew Premium access. The user must deliberately complete DPO checkout for each paid 30-day period.
This policy applies to AceBGCSE trials, Premium payments, access delivery, billing queries, duplicate transactions and refund requests.
AceBGCSE is operated by Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration number BW00009707300, Plot 14274, Senthumole Ward, Mogoditshane, Botswana.
A standard new account receives one three-day free trial beginning from its recorded creation time. No payment method is required to begin the trial.
The trial ends automatically. It does not create a paid order, recurring instruction or automatic charge. There is therefore no paid trial transaction to refund.
The current price is BWP 95.00 for 30 days of Premium access. A payment is made only when a signed-in user starts checkout and completes payment on DPO Pay’s hosted payment page.
The amount, currency and service description are shown during checkout. A payment does not occur merely because an account or trial exists.
AceBGCSE is a digital service; no physical item is shipped. Premium access is activated against the authenticated user account after DPO confirms payment and AceBGCSE verifies the transaction server-side.
The 30-day access period begins from the verified payment time. Access is delivered through the AceBGCSE dashboard and protected subject pages.
The current Premium period does not renew automatically. It ends on the recorded expiry date. A user may purchase another 30-day period after expiry by completing a new checkout.
Because there is no active recurring debit instruction in the current integration, no separate recurring-payment cancellation action is required. A user may simply choose not to make another payment.
Users may contact support for account closure or billing assistance. Account closure does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a paid period already delivered.
Except where required by applicable law, completed payments are generally non-refundable because they provide immediate access to non-tangible digital educational content.
Unused study time, change of mind, failure to use the service or early account closure does not normally qualify for a full or partial refund once Premium access has been activated.
A refund or reversal may be reviewed where evidence shows a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount caused by a system error, or an unauthorised transaction confirmed through the payment provider, card issuer, bank or mobile-money investigation.
Do not repeat a payment if DPO confirms payment but AceBGCSE displays an activation or verification error. Contact support with the transaction reference first.
If a confirmed payment is not followed by access, AceBGCSE will first attempt to activate or restore the paid access. A refund may be considered only where a verified technical failure completely prevents delivery and no reasonable remedy can be provided.
Temporary service interruption, device configuration issues or internet connectivity problems do not automatically qualify for a refund.
DPO Pay hosts the checkout and processes payment credentials. AceBGCSE does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV values, mobile-money PINs or one-time passwords on its website.
Users should pay only through the official AceBGCSE checkout that redirects to DPO and should never send payment credentials by email, chat or support message.
Contact [email protected] as soon as possible and provide the registered account email, payer name, payment date, amount, DPO or AceBGCSE transaction reference and a clear description of the issue.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times depend on DPO, the issuing bank, card network or mobile-money provider.
Contact AceBGCSE support before initiating a chargeback so the transaction and access record can be investigated. Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd may provide relevant transaction, verification, access and support records when responding to a formal dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restriction, subject to applicable law.
This policy may be updated when the payment model, platform or legal requirements change. If automatic recurring billing is introduced in the future, the pricing page and legal terms must be updated before that feature is offered to users.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
