These Terms explain how AceBGCSE accounts, trials, Premium access, payments and educational materials may be used.
The current AceBGCSE payment system does not automatically bill a user when the 3-day trial ends and does not automatically renew a paid period. A payment occurs only when a signed-in user deliberately starts DPO checkout and completes it.
AceBGCSE is owned and operated by Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd, registration number BW00009707300, of Plot 14274, Senthumole Ward, Mogoditshane, Botswana. “AceBGCSE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.
By creating an account, accessing AceBGCSE or purchasing Premium access, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy and Refund & Cancellation policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service or complete a payment.
AceBGCSE provides digital Botswana BGCSE revision support, including subject pages, objective-based notes, study navigation, account tools and related learning features. Available subjects and features may change as the platform develops.
Physics is currently available. Further subjects are planned for staged release, but planned release dates are not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password, verification codes and account access secure. Accounts are for individual use and may currently be used on up to two active devices.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
A standard new account receives one automatic three-day trial beginning from the account creation time recorded by the authentication system. No card or mobile-money details are required to begin this trial.
The trial ends automatically after three days. Trial access does not convert into a paid period and no payment is automatically collected when it ends.
Trial downloads may be restricted. The trial is intended for genuine evaluation and may not be repeatedly recreated through duplicate or abusive accounts.
The current price is BWP 95.00 for 30 days of Premium access. Prices are shown before checkout and may be changed for future purchases after notice on the platform.
A payment is initiated only when a signed-in user selects the Premium purchase action and completes DPO’s hosted checkout. AceBGCSE currently does not make automatic recurring charges.
When a paid period ends, access may be renewed by completing another payment. A user with active Premium access is normally directed to the dashboard instead of a second checkout.
DPO Pay processes the hosted checkout. AceBGCSE does not ask users to enter full card or mobile-money credentials on the AceBGCSE website.
Premium access is activated only after the transaction is verified server-side. A successful browser redirect or payment-page message alone is not sufficient.
The paid period begins from the verified payment time and is recorded against the authenticated account. If DPO confirms payment but access is not activated, contact support and do not repeat the payment unless instructed.
AceBGCSE branding, original notes, practice materials, page structures, software and other original platform content are owned by Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd or used with permission. Access grants a limited, personal, non-transferable study licence, not ownership.
AceBGCSE is supplementary educational support. We aim for accurate and useful material but do not guarantee a particular examination result, grade, admission outcome or improvement. Students remain responsible for their study decisions and official examination requirements.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, hosting incidents, telecommunications failures and third-party services may cause temporary interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by Botswana law, Ace Digital Technologies (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from temporary unavailability or reliance on educational content.
We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, security attacks or serious violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account assistance through support.
Closing an account does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a paid digital access period.
We may update features, prices and these Terms. Material payment changes will be shown before a future purchase. Updated Terms become effective when published with a revised effective date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
