Is the 3-day trial really free?
Yes. Every standard new account receives three days automatically, without entering payment details.
What happens when the trial ends?
Trial access ends. You may then pay P95 for 30 days. AceBGCSE does not charge you automatically.
Do I need to cancel anything?
No. The current plan does not renew automatically. Your paid access expires at the end of 30 days unless you manually pay again.
Will new subjects cost extra?
No separate subject fee is charged. New releases are included while your Premium access is active.
How is payment verified?
DPO hosts checkout. AceBGCSE verifies the transaction server-side before activating Premium access.
Can I use more than one device?
Yes. The current account policy supports up to two active devices simultaneously.
Where can I see payment records?
Signed-in users can view payment references, amounts, status and access dates from the Payments section of the dashboard.
Are payments refundable?
Digital-service payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying.
